Day 1: Marrakech

After arrival at Menara airport, our driver-guide makes a transfer to your riad.


Day 2: Marrakech – Telouate – Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate

Today, your Moroccan private tour begins from Marrakech to Ouarzazate through The High Atlas Mountains and Tizi n’Tichka pass (2260m), We’ll get to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, where stands the famous Kasbah, built by the last Berber chief El Glaoui in the 19th century. Kasbah is recognized as a UNESCO heritage site, and where were turned many films such: the Mummy, Kondon and Alexander, Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia… Lunch will be at a local restaurant. Then we continue to Ouarzazate, “the Africa Hollywood ”, where you have the opportunity to visit and see many props used in movies. Then, you will visit Taourirt Kasbah and the souk of epics. The dinner and accommodation will be in a Riad.


Day 3: Ouarzazate – Rose Valley – Dades Gorge – Gorges Todra

After breakfast, you will leave Ouarzazate, to the desert passing by Sekoura Oasis where we will visit Amredil Kasbah, then the valley of the pinks and the road of the miles Kasbahs in Kalaat M’gouna, the famous city for its annual festival of the pinks (see a gum of natural products extracted from the pinks). Then, to continue to Dadès Gorges, it’s one of the most beautiful oases in Morocco. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. After you go to Todra Gorges in Tinghir (you may take a walk in the gorges bordered by high cliffs). In the afternoon, you will have free time to have a walk along the river to discover nature and the Berber village. Dinner and overnight will be at a local hotel.


Day 4: Gorges Todra – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga

We continue our private tour towards ERFOUD town in ZIZ valley, it’s a city known by the Marmar factory for the fabrication of fossils). After, we went to Rissani; an economic center of the area, and the city is known for its market, Kasbahs, and Alaouite historical monuments. After finishing the visit, you will continue towards Merzouga. There, you will have a camel trip to the bivouac (about 1 hour) to spend the night under a Berber tent in the middle of the dunes. You can take pictures of sunset and sunrise on the dunes.


Day 5: Merzouga

Today we get to learn more about the life of the Nomads in our off-road excursion to the breathtaking Erg Chebbi. We will visit the Nomad families who migrate and live in tents; we will also attend an African folkloric music dance performance in Khamlia village. Then we will have a walk-in a desert oasis where you will have an opportunity to learn about the irrigation system of the area. Late afternoon, you will mount camels to pass the night in the bivouac under a traditional Berber tent.


Day 6: Merzouga– Ifrane – Fez

After breakfast and shower, you will go to Fes through Ziz gorges, Errachidia, and Midelt where you will have lunch. After you cross Atlas Zad pass (2,178m/7,146ft) until arriving in Azrou, an important handicraft center specialized in the work of cedarwood. Then, you reach Ifrane city, a charming ski resort. At the end of the day, you arrive in Fes. Check in the riad in the old medina.


Day 7: Fez (guided visit to the city)

Today, we will visit the spiritual and cultural Capital of Morocco. We start exploring ancient Fez medina, then Royal Palace, and then we drive through the Mellah, the old Jewish quarter, Bab Boujloud. We will also visit labyrinthine Fez El-Bali, Morocco’s largest medina, then the 17th-century Medersas (schools), the Karaouine University. The old Medina is classified as a UNESCO heritage world site. The night will be in a riad in the medina.


Day 8: Fez – Volubilis – Meknes

Today, you will depart from Fez to Volubilis, the Roman ruins near Moulay Driss Zarhoun, the first man to have introduced Islam in Morocco you will take a guided tour to discover this archaeological site of 50 hectares, you will appreciate the greatness of the Roman remains Arc de Triomphe Caracalla, the Basilica, the Capitol, etc … After, you will continue to Meknes, the Ismaili capital, where you will have a guided visit to the tombs of Moulay Ismail, one of the rare sanctuaries of Morocco, stables of Moulay Ismail granary, the place El Hdim, Bab Mansour bears the most famous of all North Africa and the Medersa Bou Inania. Then continue to. The night will be at the Riad or at the hotel.


Day 9: Meknès – Chefchaouen

Your private tour continues to Chefchaouen. It’s a town nestled in the Rif Mountains. It’s a destination for photography with its wonderful views of the Rif Mountains. Chefchaouen is known as -a blue city- for its traditional buildings, you will have a walk to enjoy the white and blue washed walls of the medina, and you will see also a market that offers some unique native handicrafts. The night will be at a local Riad.


Day10: Chefchaouen – Tangiers – Asilah – Chefchaouen

Today you will visit Tangiers and the Strait of Gibraltar. This city has been the gateway to Europe for centuries. Its mixture of European and African cultures gives it a unique and special feature in Morocco. Today, you will make a visit to the city; you will start your visit walking to the small souk in the heart of the medina. You admire the rich architecture of Morocco; you will also visit one of the local bakeries to taste tasty bread and also the typical bazaars. The lunch will be at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will come back to Chefchaouen. The night will be in the same Riad.


Day 11: Chefchaouen – Rabat

Today, you leave Chefchaouen towards Rabat, the administrative capital of Morocco. There, you will have a guided visit with a local guide to visit Hassan Tower, the old medina, Oudayas, Bab Shella, and Hassan II tombs. After lunch, you have free time to go sightseeing in the city. Overnight and dinner will be in the Riad in the heart of the majestic old medina.


Day 12: Rabat – Casablanca

After breakfast, you will leave Rabat towards The economic capital of Morocco ‘Casablanca’. There, you will have a visit to Hassan 2 mosque, Ain Diab Beach, an antique law court from the age of colonization. After lunch, you will have a free program to discover the town. The night will be at 5* hotel.


Day 13: Casablanca – El Jadida – Essaouira

Today, you will make the departure to the little Mogador ‘Essaouira’. You will pass by several coastal cities to reach Essaouira. Before arriving, you stop at the medieval town of El Jadida where you go for a walk in the Old Portuguese streets. You will discover its ramparts, the Portuguese citadel, and its impressive cistern. And then, you will continue to El Oualidia where you will have lunch. You will make a small visit to this small town and continue towards the city of Essaouira in the evening. Dinner and overnight will be in a typical Riad in the heart of the medina.


Day 14: Essaouira – Agadir

Today, you will visit the fishing port of Essaouira, a site inscribed as a world heritage by UNESCO. You will also visit the Jewish quarter El Mellah, the Skala, and the picturesque souks of the city. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. After, you will leave for Agadir. The night will be in a hotel in the city center.


Day 15: Agadir – Tiznit

We will have a Departure from Agadir to Tiznit by the coastal road. We will make a stop at the Berber villages. Then we continue to the village of Sidi Rabat. After that, by track, we arrive in Massa where we will visit Troglodyte Houses and beautiful natural landscapes. We continue our journey to the Souss Massa National Park where there are many species of migratory birds. Finally, we continue towards Tiznit, the city surrounded by 6 km of ramparts. It‘s known by her artisans who make silver jewelry. You have the opportunity.


Day 16: Tiznit – Taroudant – Marrakech

The private tour begins in the direction of Marrakech; we will have a visit to Taroudant. Then we will cross the Tizi N’tast pass. We will arrive in Asni and we cross the gorges of Moulay Brahim. We continue towards Marrakech. Dinner and accommodation will be in a typical riad.


Day 17: Marrakech (city tour)

After breakfast, you will have a City tour of Marrakech with an English-speaking guide. You will visit the historic Menara: a magnificent pool surrounded by flower beds, which reflects the image of a beautiful Moorish edifice, the tour features several notorious monuments, including the mind relaxing Majorelle gardens and the Koutoubia Minaret (identical to the la Giralda tower in Seville, Spain), and the Saadian tombs, which represent Moorish architecture at its finest. The tombs, which include several sixteenth-century mausoleums, lay undiscovered behind walls until 1917, this tour also will include a walk in the alley of the different parts of the Souk-Market. You may conclude your day with a drink at sunset, overlooking the bustling Jamaa El Fna square. The night will be at your Riad.
