Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Dades Gorges

Today is the beginning of your “3 days Desert Tour to Merzouga Dunes”. In the morning, we will depart towards the High Atlas mountains to enjoy the Berber village and the views of the mountains. On our way, we will make a stop to visit one of the Argan oil workshops. There you can explore Moroccan skin products of Argan and oils. After a while, we will drive towards the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO heritage and the most famous ksar in the Ounila Valley. Ait Benhaddou Kasbah is a striking example of southern Moroccan architecture. Upon our arrival, we will go to discover the Kasbah in a guided visit with our driver/guide. Then return to take our lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch, we will get ready to continue our driving towards Ouarzazate city “The Hollywood of Africa”. Our trip continues through the Rose Valley which is also known as thousands of kasbahs valley. On our arrival at Dades Gorges, we will check in for our accommodation. Dinner and overnight in a panoramic riad.


Day 2: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Merzouga

After breakfast, we will drive by crossing the Valley of Dades, on the way to Todra Gorge. Once we arrive, we will walk under 300 M Canyons enjoying the beauty of the river. Our desert tour will continue towards the South Gate, passing by some Berber villages including lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we will reach the Merzouga desert dunes. There, we will get ready for our Camel trekking experience. Our camel man will arrange our trekking and make sure everyone is ready before we walk by the camel to the top of the dunes. We then enjoy the sunset before coming back by camel to our luxury desert camp. Dinner and overnight under the tents including a drums party in the place.


Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Draa Valley – Marrakech

According to your choice, we might wake up early in the morning to catch an amazing sunrise showing up behind the sand dunes. After breakfast at the camp restaurant, we’ll get ready for our last-day tour by driving and leaving the sand dunes behind. We will cross the black desert fields towards Rissani “The economic city of the South of Morocco”. We will enjoy also the views of the Palm Groves on the way to join the Draa Valley.

This Valley is one of the most famous valleys in Morocco after Tafilalet Valley. By being in the Valley, we might make some stops to enjoy the views of the mountains. Then pass by Ait Saoun village, this village is where the Babel movie was filmed in 2006. On our arrival in Ouarzazate, we would take a quick stop to see Talouet Kasbah in the city center. Then continue towards the Cinema Studio where we will take some photos. We will our tour towards Marrakech by crossing the High Atlas mountains. Once we arrive, we will drop you at your hotel in Marrakech. End of our 3 days Desert Tour.

Jour 1 : Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Gorges du Dadès

Après le départ à 8h du matin, vous traversez le Haut Atlas via le col Tizi n’Tichka à une altitude de 2260 m.Vous continuerez jusqu’à la Kasbah Aït Ben Haddou, le site est inscrit au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO depuis 1987. De nombreux films y ont été tournés comme La Momie, 7 jours au Tibet, Gladiateur, Alexandre le Grand, Babel…Ensuite, vous prendrez la direction vers Ouarzazate où vous allez visiter Kasbah Taourirt et les studios de cinéma.le voyage se poursuit au long de la Route des mille Kasbahs jusqu’au gorges Dadès. Au cours de ce trajet, vous passerez par Skoura pour visiter la kasbah Amridil et aussi Kalaat M’Gouna, la plus célèbre pour ses roses. La nuit sera aux gorges de Dadès dans un hôtel.


Jour 2 : Boumalne Dadès– Gorges du Todra – Erfoud – Dunes de Merzouga

Aujourd’hui, le circuit privé continue vers les dunes de Merzouga. En arrivant à la ville de Tinghir, vous visitez les palmeraies et les gorges de Todra.Les falaises de calcaire ressemblent à une brèche sculptée par le Todra Assif. Les canyons atteindront presque 300 m d’altitude. Une occasion aussi pour faire une balade librement dans les gorges et la palmeraie.
Après le déjeuner dans un restau local, votre excursion continue en direction de Merzouga passant par Erfoud « la ville des usines de fossiles et des dattes ». À Merzouga, vous ferez une excursion à dos de chameau en traversant les fascinantes dunes de l’Erg Chebbi. Au cours du trajet, vous admirez le coucher de soleil sur les sommets des dunes. Les dunes de sable prennent la forme de draperies et leurs couleurs varient au gré de l’intensité lumineuse. Vous passerez la nuit sous une tente nomade dans un bivouac privé.


Jour 3 : Merzouga – Rissani – Nqob – Tamnougalte – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

Après le petit-déjeuner, vous partirez vers Marrakech via la vallée de Drâa. Vous passerez par Rissani et Nqob. Vous traverserez les paysages désertiques les plus mystérieux, parsemés d’ oasis. vous continuerez vers Ouarzazate en admirant des kasbahs fortifiés et des vues panoramiques. Après le déjeuner dans un resto local, vous continuerez vers Marrakech.
