Day 1: Fez – Ifrane – Azrou – Medilt – Ziz Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga.

The first day of your “15 Days Around Morocco tour from Fes” begins. We drive Today south towards The Sahara desert, crossing the Middle Atlas Mountains. An opportunity to enjoy breathing the pure air that comes from the Cedar forests. You continue to Midelt where we will have lunch. 3 hours later, you reach Ziz Gorges and palm groves of Tafilalet big oasis arrive at Erfoud. the capital of dates producing area in Morocco and a city famous for its fossils products. You will have stops to take pictures with splendid panoramic views. When we arrive at the Erg Chebbi dunes, you can have a walk to take pictures of the sunset on the dunes. Check-in at an inn near the dunes.

 


 

Day 2: Merzouga: the tour of the dunes

Today we get to learn more about the life of the Nomads in our track excursion to the breathtaking Erg Chebbi. We will visit the Nomad families who migrate and live in tents. You attend an African folkloric music dance performance in Khamlia village. May have a walk in a desert oasis where we learn about the irrigation system of the area. Finally, in late afternoon you will go by camels to the bivouac in the middle of the dunes. You will pass the night under a traditional Berber tent.

 

 

 


 

 

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades gorges

You will return to your hotel by camel for breakfast and a shower. After that, we will drive to the dramatic Todra Gorges passing by Rissani. The city is an economic center of the region: you will visit the market and ALAOUITE historical monuments. then ERFOUD where you will visit the Marmar factory for the fabrication of the fossils. When you arrive at TODRA gorges, you can have a walk along the river. In addition, we pause to relish the panoramic views of the old mud Berber villages overlooking the valley. The Lunch will be in a restaurant under 600 feet high red cliff of the gorges, Many rock climbers come to enjoy their preferred sport. Later we continue to Boumalene Dades. Finally, Check-in at an inn in the Dades gorges (Berber family).

 


 

Day 4: Dades gorges – Rose Kalaa Magouna – Ait Ben Hadou – Ouarzazate

A scenic drive awaits you as you drive through Kalaa Magouna and the one thousand Kasbah road, the city famous for its roses and rose products, every year a rose festival is held in May. Continuation from Sekoura oasis to the well preserved Ameridil Kasbah, beautifully surrounded by palm plantations. before we carry on our drive to Morocco-Hollywood Ouarzazate and the photogenic Kasbah Ait Benhaddou. It’s a rest point for caravans in the past, and a scene for many international movies nowadays. The site has been registered on the list of the World Heritage of UNESCO since 1987 and where many films are and still turned like: Lawrence of Arabia, the mummy, Gladiator, Astérix… The night will be in Ouarzazate in the hotel.

 


 

Day 5: Ouarzazate – Marrakech

Today, our private tour continues to Marrakech, we will have a stop in Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. the site was declared a heritage world by UNESCO in 1987 where many films were made such as The Mummy, Gladiator… At the end of the day, we arrive in Marrakesh. After breakfast, you will have a City tour of Marrakech with an English-speaking guide. The visit includes the historic Menara: a magnificent pool surrounded by flower beds, which reflects the image of a beautiful Moorish edifice. Today, your private tour begins in the direction of the Tizi pass. As soon as we approach the mountain, we cross the gorges of Moulay Brahim. Then, towards Asni, we pass at the foot of the mountain massif Toubkal, the highest point of North Africa. Also, we will visit the beautiful mosque of Tin Mel. Then we go through the Tizi NTest pass and down to Souss plain. We will stop at exceptional points of view in the valley. We continue towards Taroudant passing by Ouled Berhil. Day 8: Taroudant – Ighrem – la vallée de Tazagzaoute – Tafraoute

After breakfast, you go to Anti Atlas & Ighrem town to discover Berber villages and the valley of almond trees. After Ighrem, we take a track that crosses the valley of Tazagzaoute with its procession of palm trees. Finally, we arrive at Tafraoute at the end of the afternoon. Day 9: Tafraoute – Ait Mansour –Tafraoute

Day 10: Tafraoute – Col Kerdous – Tiznit – Agadir – Essaouira.

Day 12: Essaouira – Eljadida – Casablanca

You will pass by several coastal cities to reach ElJadida where we will have a stop to discover this medieval town and to go for a walk in the Old Portuguese streets. You will discover its ramparts, the Portuguese citadel, and its impressive cistern. And then, you will continue to Casablanca where you will have lunch. You will make a small visit to the economic capital of Morocco (Hassan 2 mosque, Ain Diab beach…). Dinner and overnight will be in the old medina.

 

 


 

Day 13: Casablanca – Rabat – Chefchaouen

Day 15: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fez

Then, we drive towards the Ismaïlian capital Meknes.
